I’ve literally just bought and sold cars on the auction, i go to auction one just now and get the message saying my gamertag has been banned from this feature? Pay $50 for a game, pay for dlc and get banned from auction…seems legit.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes, profanity, such as a Vinyl saying a male body part is “out for Harambe,” is a violation of the Microsoft Code of Conduct every time. FH3, as the other Forza series of games, is rated as “E for Everyone” meaning children play and need not be exposed to such behaviors.
