I also received a week long BAN from Forza 6 for RIVALS and MULTIPLAYER yesterday. I race clean all the time and in fact am regularly at the back of the pack because people take advantage of this and just ram me off the track. There were a lot of unfair drivers and cheats in the recent Lamborghini Super Trofeo Series and CAN AM SERIES, I am wondering if someone or a group of someones has deliberately complained to get me banned. I sent an email to the recommended email address and all you get back is an email suggesting you will never get a response back and there is no phone number for TURN 10 STUDIOS at all.
I have put a lot of hours in to special events recently and this will destroy my progress with no way to recoup lost liveries all due to unfair treatment by cheats. So basically I race fair, I avoid confrontation and I still get banned anyway. How is this fair! I can think of no reason why I have been banned, I actually made 8 new FORZA 6 friends over the weekend through Super Trofeo.
It should not be possible to get banned without specific facts about why. In addition it should not be enforced without contacting the user first and getting evidence from all parties involved. I find it ridiculous that as an XBOX LIVE GOLD member for over 9 years, an owner of 1000’s of software titles and multiple consoles, a FM6 GOLD and VIP status, and no previous offences in the gaming world that I am just stuck off without reason or investigation with no way to defend myself or investigate further. This is totally unjust and unfair.
I contacted XBOX Support who listened to my issues and tried to help as best they can but they could not help me further and also had no way to direct contact TURN 10 STUDIOS. I have tweeted PHIL SPENCER and will also try MAJOR NELSON.
I suffer from depression (due to excessive stress and bullying at work from higher level management), and sleep apnea, and one of my key motivations is FORZA 6, now I dont have it and am at an all time low. I have my own YOU Tube channel which is part of my rehabilation for which I post Forza 6 (most of my posts) and other games footage (all positive and support MS and TURN 10) and now I can’t do that.
If this is how TURN 10 STUDIOS treat loyal and long term customers I am not sure I want to be one anymore. If this is not resolved by tomorrow I will demand a refund for all FM6 content from Microsoft and never touch a TURN 10 STUDIOS product as long as I live.
