I got banned from browsing the community designs, don’t know the exact reason why but I think it might be because of the decal I created [Mod Edit - profanity and disguised profanity are not allowed - MM] the ban is for 150h, why is it for so long? The game never tells you that profanity isn’t allowed?

Go to the bottom of the screen you are looking at right now and click on Terms of Use.
On the page that comes up search for the word profane.
Such language is offensive and not allowed by the Xbox Live Code of Conduct which you and the rest of us with accounts on the service all agreed not to do when we first created our gamertags. When you read the ban message, the hours were those still left before the ban is lifted - first ban is seven days or 168 hours from the time placed by Turn 10 employees. That’s not long, compared to perhaps repeating it and earning a second ban of 30 days or 720 hours.
