Back not clean when passing an opponent without knocking

Every time I participate in a race in offline mode, I realize that I do not hit any opponent, even so when it comes to overtaking that my lap is failing, on the slopes of Indianapolis and Daytona the problem is more serious, the cars and stands like my back was not cleaned. Is this game problem or is it the way I configured the game? Can someone help me.

I’m sorry for my English

if you draft another racer or another racer drafts you, your lap will be dirty. If you’re running any oval race with AI, you can probably get around 5 or 6 clean laps in before you start catching up to the rest of the field, after that, you’ll be lucky to get another clean lap for the rest of the race

If you mean you’re getting the /!\ symbol on laps when driving near opponent cars, this would be because of the effect of drafting, which can help improve lap times for both cars, which would make for inconsistent conditions when comparing leaderboard times.

If you’re getting the dirty lap symbol in all laps, it’s probably due to one of your Assists being set to Super Easy or Friction Assist On.

It is dried for Friction Assist Off and Above average.

It’s a proximity trigger. If any car gets within 200 feet of you going at a certain speed (above 100 mph I think) it dirties the lap. It’s problematic because it triggers for cars above and below you as well, which means that on Suzuka if someone passes over/under you at the bridge section it will trigger the drafting penalty.

It is a little inconsistent and drafting should not trigger if you offset your car by 50% to the one in front/ behind but on some tracks, it still will. It can also happen on corners so the slipstream must bend somehow. On Lime Rock, you have to be in 1st by a fair margin in order to throw a clean lap you can be passing a car be 1 - 2 ft past its rear bumper and 1ft away from any chance of contact and still trigger it, Yet you have to actually be riding the rear bumper with a paper width gap to trigger the good draft, perfect draft.
