I have tried toggling manual to automatic but I have not tried a hard reset. I have quit the game and reloaded it without success.
I apologize for not performing my due diligence. Everything seems in order after a hard console reset and using the default car upon initial reboot of the game. I sincerely hope I didn’t wast anyone’s time looking into this
