I think someone has taken an RS badge from another model and stuck it onto the Q7 lol
Audi themselves has never produced one, even if prototype stage that I can find. If they have then it’s never been publicly revealed.
It’s fairly common with BMW models where people upbadge something like an entry level 3-Series (320i for example) and buy an M Badge off of Amazon/Temu/AliExpress and put it on the car to look like an M3.
