There is a cheat to always get the auction without the 1 min added .

You think that’s bad? You should see the glitchers that have 1,000+ MPH speeds on speed traps and zones. Even 300 is pushing it for being legit.

If you don’t believe it see by yourself. Those guys buy all the cars and wait to sell it third time the price later. That ruins the entire game economy. They probably have many other cheats. I really think Turn 10 or Microsoft need to watch those accounts.
Maybe I need to add more information. I bid on an auction and 1 second later the car is sold to another player. If nothing changed at the auction this is cheating no doubt on that.
Having good timing and sniping auctions consistently doesn’t require any sort of cheat.
