About 10 hours ago my game stopped allowing me to access the auction house and share tunes and paint jobs. It says forza horizon 4 servers not available at this time. Please try again later. Any ideas?

Guys, it may be you are still running the old version of the game. You may need to download the latest update manually from the games & apps tab on your Xbox & then look for the updates section. Or click on the game tile with the menu button and go to manage game & add-ons. If you see an update on there, download it (wait to fully downloaded before trying to play FH4).
There appears to have been an issue with the updates this time, that they haven’t come down automatically for everyone.
Correct. Yesterday the Forzathon store crashed the game and the summer races were the same ones as before.
Today everything was grayed out, so I checked whether I wasn’t signed in, but I was.
Then I saw that there was an update available. 5 mins later everything was as it should be.
im reinstalling mine to see if that will fix it

Can we get a fix on servers ASAP?!
i’m starting to get tired of getting kicked and then disconnected from servers whilst in online races and challenges.
This needs to be addressed ASAP as it’s spoiling the game and making it not so much fun as it gets boring just freeroaming the map
Being able to connect to a ranked adventure in the first place would be nice. There are 7.6 billion people in the world, you would have thought that 11 of them would want to play as well.

i try all the time but get the same. Even in freeroam people don’t want to do head to head races, they’d rather do their own thing. Bring back car meets!
Something wrong with servers now. All my cars sound electric along with my friends
Took the advise from above and looked for the update. 2.48 gb update now downloading. Hopfully this will solve the issue

I can confirm that this has sorted the problem. FH4 now fully functional. Thanks for the advise

Hey guys,
I’ve got an big issue.
Since the summer season started, i cant use the most online functions in the game.
I see other drivers and i can search for online races.
But all other online functions like “Forzathon” or looking for tunings are locked and if i press on it, it says “Forza Horizon Life Server not available”.
I don’t know what to do. My NAT-Type is open.

Sorry, it’s just about the fifth time I’ve posted this in the last few days lol.
The latest update didn’t come down automatically for whatever reason, so check for updates. Download and you should be good to go.

Rusty - seems like there are a couple of different issues being discussed here. I was replying to a couple of guys who posted after you, who were unable to access certain online content at all.
Have you started a support ticket for your issue? I’ve done quite a few forzathon’s before and after the recent updates and not been disconnected from any of them.
Can you capture a video of it happening? Might give someone a clue as to what the issue is.

If it happens again today i’ll try and record it and upload it so people can see.
I haven’t opened a support ticket yet either but if it continues to happen i will also do this as it needs addressing not just for me but other people also
