So , living in Australia we tend to be a bit ahead of everyone else. When on the tenth should we expect this new track etc? Or will it be the 11th for us?

probably sometime in the morning EST time.
you should expect it the same time all other DLC has come available to you in your time zone.

Usually they are out around 8-9pm EST, so I’d say around then.
I finish work at 10 tonight so it better out by then or else, lol
It used to be midnight Hawaii time but recently it has not been uniform each time.

This - so used to be about 7pm eastern time in Australia but since the XB1 it has been unpredictable - my guess would be overnight between the 10th and 11th, given recent updates.
EDIT: According to Helios it will be 6pm UK time which is 3am Eastern Time in Australia on the 11th, or 10am US Pacific Time.
Im in new zealand , we usually get them bout 10.30pm you should see it around 8.30ish 2night
In UK it is normally after 1800
