As you can see by the screenshot it says I have installed the standard edition but all the extras from the Ultimate,but the Ultimate is shown as NOT installed and is classed as a separate 64GB download.

because how it works
the ultimate edition is made up of parts, not just 1 file, there is no actual ultimate edition download, same as the car pass( which is just the collection of the individual car packs )
it installs the standard edition plus those other parts and that makes up the ultimate edition
