[ANSWERED] Suddenly the game crashes to dashboard every time I press the start button

Hello guys, the game the last 2 days is driving me crazy!!

Suddenly the game crashes to dashboard every time I press the start button.
I’m on One X with the Ultimate edition. Never before did this.
And I mean every time, in the last 2 days I have tried 100 times to press the menu button and 100 times it had crashed.
I did soft reset to the console, I deleted all the save games from the console, I deleted the whole game and re-downloaded, and all the time the same crash on the dashboard.
The game is unplayable and I don’t know what else to do!!
My game version is 1.243.585.0.

Any recommendation to a fellow racer please?

Thanks Nitro, already done it. Hope for a fast resolve because I paid 100€ for a game that is out of nowhere unplayable.

Again with the new update 1.253.923.0 the crash persists!!
20 times I pressed the menu button, 20 times it crashed to the dashboard.
I’m attaching a video.

No response 3 days in my ticket now, please help us guys, we have paid an ultimate edition game that’s unplayable!!

Same here, game have crashed to the desktop two times in 10 minutes. First time I was checking the Eldorado in Forzavista. 2nd time I was driving around with it.

Oh and when I launched the game today, it started to sync from nowhere, and it took almost half an hour. It was really slow, then around 75% it said it can’t sync, play offline? Yes, than it crashed during the loading screen. Restarted the game, sync again, but it took only copule of mins, and it was fine then. Until the crash in Forzavista.
