[ANSWERED] problem with community championship

Anyone with problems in the community championship of the week? Which rewards the ken block race suit

I’m online, I’ve already changed my session and restarted the game.

Appears: content not available
This content is not available because it has not been downloaded. connect the horizon life to download.

I have completed all the weekly content except this one.

ps: I already rebooted the PC and did not have any updates available in the store.

Others have been expressing this issue in the general discussions forum. One person did post up a screenshot showing it as being locked. What i did notice is that their game was not set to English and the first track title had been translated. Just a theory, but are you running a different language as your game primary? Asking just in case that it is an issue due to that and if so, what is the language?

I Play in portuguese.

I could not change.

I also reinstalled some add-ons.

Is it possible to have some kind of response while it’s still possible to win the rewards?

I have the same problem. Can’n play the championship because it says “content not available”. :frowning:

Hi, same problem here - I thought I messed something with updates, but i do get the same error, only translated to polish language :frowning:

Everything is in English as usual, never had this problem get a message saying “Content Unavailable” and tells me to connect to “Horizon Life” even though I am in an Online session anyway

Same problem, US English, connected to online, no other issues, anybody have a resolution?

Same Problem here. Language German, but as you see its not Language dependent maybe we all have relevant files brocken during last update? Any of you created a Support ticket so the devs will know about the Problem? Game works like expected on other challenges online functionality too.

This forum does not work as a ticket?

In the support page there are only FAQ texts, no option to open a ticket.

Same problem here.
My game is set to French

I uninstalled the Game and reinstalled it. Now it works.
But this should not be the way to go

O OK so it’s pretty sure we got some files broken… when the redownload fixes this :confused:
Why there’s no way to just verify files w/o downloading the whole S. again…

Support tickets are on a separate support part of the forza site. You might need to log into your microsoft user to submit it. It is a pain in the arse to find if you havent used before. The support page only gives options for topic, so you need to go to a topic before you can find the submit ticket at the end of everything.

Question to pplz with the Problem. Are you on PC? I am. I think that language its not the Problem. But maybe only pc related Problem? Any way to VERIFY files of the game via MS Store like steam or uplay?
