Before the update everything was running fine. Since the update the game is locked at 30FPS no matter what the settings I’m using. I restarted my PC, reset my NVIDIA Control Panel and it’s still Locked to 30FPS. I’m using the latest NVIDIA Driver on a 980TI.
I double checked my Windows “Game DVR” Settings and it’s Disabled so is “Game Mode”.
After some more testing it appears running in Fullscreen Mode lock the game at 30FPS. Running Windowed mode unlock the framerate. https://i.imgur.com/55aohJi.jpg
As a community liason - and by virtue - focused on Customer service - you and T10 should be ashamed with this type of response. You’re response to the game breaking is “call Microsoft”. So infuriating. Fix your crappy, sorry coded game quickly or I will NOT buy another game (feel free to look at my history because you will lose a valuable customer).

Isn’t T10 owned by Microsoft? You can’t help with a problem your company has created? Have you guys at least escalated the situation within MS to see which side of your business needs to develop & deploy a fix? And for the record, I don’t have an issue with Windows, I have an issue where after installing the latest update the game went from stuttering/choppiness from a few minutes per hour to constantly. So my issue WITH the game.
I just had to uninstall/reinstall DLC packs again to get the game to launch. I didn’t see any Store or game updates since doing it the first time, so I’m not sure what set it off.
Anyways, it doesn’t seem like a permanent fix, and I’m not sure what sets it off, or why reinstalling the DLC makes it work.
