During a race, liveries become corrupted and change color when they get near the viewpoint. It occurs on seemingly every other race, so one race this happens, but it’s gone the next. There’s no effect on cars without player-made liveries, and it doesn’t occur in the main menu, either. I only recently purchased this game earlier this week, but have played Horizon 4 since launch with no issues.

Update: Downloaded a livery myself to see if it affected my own car, to which it doesn’t. It only occurs on Drivatars. I’ve yet to touch multiplayer, though.
