[ANSWERED] Is It pointless to fix my game?( unplayable game)

The Issue: Titan, Colossus, Marathon, Gauntlet
None of the Above Races will Save my progress. I’ve Raced through them many of times, but the races will not update to “Completed”

That issue makes my game Unplayable because I cannot progress beyond those races.

My Issue: I do not run Windows 10 , I do not have any Video Editing Apps programs or what ever you want to call them these days.
DO not ask my for a Video of my problem. As first it does not require 1, and second, Yeah I didn’t buy them game to spend hours editing a video just so you can tell me it didn’t show the problem.
So do not send me links to how to make a DVR clip of the game… It’s wasting my time… I didn’t spend money to edit videos… I spent money on this game to play it.

HINT: It’s a SAVE PROGRESS issue… It’s not something your going to see other than…
Show race not completed…
Show me racing to finish
Show game not updating race to Completed.

Yes i’m frustrated. 6 emails from Support all saying “Send me a Video of the problem”

Tell me now… Are you going to fix my issue? Or will i have to uninstall the game and never return to it?

How does that make the game unplayable ???..
mine appear the same and doesnt make any difference to the game being unplayable

Are you just doing the race as it appears and not a blueprinted version

Wow… ok both of you, just skipped past the part where it says… And I’ll quote

And yet you posted a link to the Support page… just awesome.

Anywho… you can close this ticket… about 7 hours after posting this it got fixed… it’s now updating.
