as you can see in the title i saw that with game pass the game will be 80$ without it 100$ can i sub for game pass for 1 month only and buy the game with 80$ and i wont have to sub for another month to play it in the future ?

Yeah, you can cancel your subscription to GamePass at any moment.
You have to actively cancel it though - it will continue to renew your membership until you do so.
