Xbox One X (latest update)
XBOX Live Membership (up to date paid)
Forza Horizon 4 (latest update 10/04)

Past 3 days, I been noticing constant screen freezes, sometimes up to 5 to 10 seconds, then comes back, game has been crashing a lot more often then ever before (I get at least one crash every time I play), constant crash when doing jumps “Danger Sign” ESPECIALLY when taking part of Forzathon live events.

3 hours ago I was taking part at a Forzathon event (about 50-60 “users” on server)
At the last 5 second count, screen went black for 1 second and everyone disappeared, I looked on map I could see some user dots flickering (which I have never seen before), I could see where the other users thru the map were participating, but I couldn’t.
I tried to pause and try another session
Ever since FH4 has been telling me I need XBOX Live membership, which I have and is up to date.

Can’t connect to Horizon Life BUT, confusingly I can: access Auction House, post Auctions, Download Tunes, Download liveries, Upload/Share Liveries…

I’ve done my fair share of google research and I can’t find any official word from PG.

Anyone on CONSOLE having same issues?

Have you properly restarted your console from the console settings screen since you have completed the update

Yes, have tried that 3x
Restarted my modem multiple times
Called internet provider
Changed settings on modem

No results…

I would like someone who work for the Forza franchise to respond, to my concern or to be at least investigated.

FH4 is an online game, that is how was advertise and the reason why I purchased, if I can’t play online the game is broken.

Have some respect and answer my concern PG.

That’s good to here, thanks. Don’t have to open one myself, Already have 4 open that haven’t been fixed yet or even received a first response.

Been getting Disconnected from Forzathons and even have game crashes a lot lately, both on Xbox One X and PC. (Sometimes the PC crashes shortly after the disconnection). If it continues I will open yet another ticket.

Yes, I have restarted, and yes, everything, and I mean everything is up to date. Just getting tired of having to keep reinstalling games to make them work properly.
