So this week is the first time ever that i did not get my weekly forza reward credits in both Horizon 4 and Motorsport 7, i as always wentto the rewards site like every week, redeemed my rewards said it was succesfully redeemed but yet they didnt popup in my inbox in game in neither of the 2. What is going on ?

Credits still didnt show up, will this be fixed ? Where isthe support for this game, do i have to wait another 4 weeks like with my other ticket ?

You have been lucky then
It has been affecting a lot of us since fh3 was released
But you usually end up with double the rewards the next week or even triple the week after
Worst I’ve had is 4 weeks worth but have never missed out overall…always been caught up
If you are relying on rewards each week you just arent playing the game very much. At most You would get 500k which can be earnt in less than 30 minutes playing easily

I wonder if forza is going down we are losing support. I haven’t received my credit either. Whats going on.
As others have indicated, this happens from time to time. I have always eventually received all that I deserved in the following weeks in the form of double or triple rewards.
Fortunately, I have more credits than I can possibly use at this point so it is not as big of a deal for me at this point as it was in the early weeks of the game when I could very much have used the credits.
