Do i drag it on? or is there some upload thing i can do?

You probably needs image hosting account, then use html to show picture in your Sig.

Step by Step, this is only confusing me more

You’ll need to upload the image to a site like imgur, then copy the link that ends with a .jpg/.png etc. Paste that into the signature, making sure you enclose the link with at the start and at the end.
