I own the car pass, the Hemi Cuda was the last car i used so i was surprised when i started the game up while offline. Instead of seeing my beautiful Cuda, my Boss 302 was my default car. I went to select the Cuda from my garage only to be told i don’t own it. Seriously, you guys are taking the micky with the amount of bugs in this game. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, i had the McLaren 650s as the last car i used, when i signed in my default car was a Ford Focus and i got the same stupid message with that one too. How the hell does this make it through testing, do you guys even test your DLC to make sure it’s working properly because this is getting ridiculous now.
Edit: So here’s something i’ve found, the person who added the car pack to the store didn’t add it to the car pass list. If you’re playing offline you can’t use the cars, Playground needs to add them to the car pass car list so people can install them and the game can then recognize that we own the damn cars.
Nope nothing to do with it not being added to the car pass list
You MUST have your console set as your HOME console to use the DLC offline…it is this way for most Xbone DLC

The game doesn’t download the Barrett dlc, but simply allow the use of the cars, because the server knows that you are a pass car owner. So when you are offline you can’t use those car.
If I go on the marketplace the “Barrett-Jackson Forza Horizon 4” dlc “is not purchased” and ask me to buy it
But inside the game that dlc is “purchased” and allow me the use of the cars…
