Already getting bored....

Yep! I can’t wait to spend those 10 Forza credits! Woohoo!

I’m still enjoying the cruising, racing and the rivals. Temporary Level 260 i guess, still 66 Championships to do,but any hour a clubmember put up a new best lap on several tracks and starts trashtalking,so he has to be beaten.
I see only one little thing, that’s annoying… the increase of the XP to get a wheelspin… not funny in higher levels…but so you are forced to race and race and race to spin for getting 4400 credits
Do rivals in different classes and keep going, after 15 championships there is still much to do…

I feel the game does become a bit of a grind but i think that’s because i have played the game so much since it came out.

Go online! Customise and paint some cars? Its a virtual playground with 200+ virtual cars to play with set in a stunning location with lots of lovely roads to drive down! If all else fails play something else and come back to it in a few weeks!

I’ve just recently started playing online, its pretty fun. I guess I have to just cruise around more. I don’t really have many friends to play with but I can see where you guys are coming from. I should explore more.

I’m no where near bored with this game! There’s so much to do… Finish all the championships, do some rivals, online races, photos, do some drift/off road tunes, paint, cruise etc etc. there’s actually plenty to do…

How do you do the online drag races?

Go to St Martin Car Meet, wait for matchmaking to finish and then enter or start a showdown.

Or

In an online freeroam, either public or private, go to the airport at the top of the map towards the left hand side and at the start of the runway is where you can start a drag race event.

I agree. I haven’t played it in a week. It’s just boring.

What’s my choices now?
Grind fest?
Put stickers on a car for no reason?
Play online and have people wreck me all while having to listen to retards yelling, cussing, playing horrible music?

No thanks.

This game will go in my “wasted money” pile to collect dust along with COD Ghosts and Titanfall.

The thing about FH2 is that the roads are public. There’s all sorts of slow local traffic trying to go about their routine lives, and then there’s a large number of drivatars performing all sorts of crazy traffic stunts all the time. It’s fun because it’s funny. Funny things happen right before your eyes every time you go out there and join the mayhem.

The Three Stooges couldn’t come up with a funnier scenario.

So I’m alone in a giant field, raking up points, no robots in sight. I stop to let the chain bank. I’m t-boned by a Ram Runner before my engine has even wound down to idle, points go POOF. I’m literally the only car for miles, he could’ve taken ANY line through that field, but SOMEHOW just happened to drive squarely into my Stratos and kill my chain.

Yeah, that’s hilarious. So funny I turned the XB1 off and watched TV.

EDIT: I saw him at the last second, and I swear he was going to pass by, but changed course to hit me. Probably yelling “OH NOES!!!” sarcastically behind the wheel :stuck_out_tongue:

That’s not funny. That’s annoying. I just want to get to my next set of races. Preferably without being bothered by a bunch of cars that look like they’re part of a side show in an E40 music video.

Daniel Tosh is funny. Mindless drivatars and AI driving around like they’re being chauffeured by Ray Charles, not so funny.

Fast Travel anywhere is a god send

Yes it is. Like I said in a different thread. I fast travel between the four races in the same city lol. I just wish I could fast travel to the festival after every third championship or whatever it is.

I really, really don’t want to be bored with this game, but I feel like I am. I don’t know what it is, maybe I rushed through everything too quickly, or perhaps my expectations were too high. Horizon 2 for me, just like the first, seem’s to lack a “chill out” vibe.

I hate to compare this game to Test Drive Unlimited 2, it’s hard not to, but to me it felt like TDU2 had more of a relaxed, just drive about with your friends sort of experience. Horizon 1 and 2 feel like they’re almost forcing me to have fun and be excited about everything that I’m doing. While thats all jolly good in the beginning, when you’ve completed all the sort of side quest things and all that’s left is a cycle of the same road trips and races over and over, it get’s dull.

They can only put so many things in the game, it’s up to the player to use different methods, e.g. as someone has said with different classes.

If horizon isn’t your cup of tea & it’s so boring, you can try selling the xbox one & join ps4 dudclub, cough cough I mean driveclub. I heard it’s the best driving game right now, so much more content & chill out vibe compared to horizon lol

Yeah, you can chill out for 3 weeks while you wait for the game to work. lol

Meanwhile Horizon 2 is going strong. So much for Sony throwing around quotes from gaming sites such as ‘The Forza Killer’. Oh how we’ve laughed…

He he!

This game is by far the least boring out of all of the Forzas. The tuning is straight out of FM. If you are complaining about this one, you must be complaining about all of them.
