All shared designs and tunes gone

I received an unexplained temp ban a few days ago that stopped me from uploading and downloading designs and tunes (I contacted support and still haven’t received a response).

The issue is now that the ban has lifted all of my old designs and tunes, some of which were 5 stars, have all been removed. Is there any way for me to get them back as they were or am I going to have to reupload them all as 1 star designs again?
