All of my cars are now skipping and missing under acceleration. I’ve changed controllers with the same result. Any ideas?
Have you changed the Settings?
Maybe to sim steering,or did you switched some assists off?

Thank you. I had indeed changed some difficulty settings and had inadvertently selected assisted braking.
You’re welcome,happened to me in the past too… 
LOL… been there done that…assisted braking really messes things up and is not usually something you think about checking
