Ive been playing FH4 for a month now and I’ve been experiencing something that bothers me A LOT. The AI has a certain preference for which cars its going to choose for races, independent of class. And these cars are: Ford Focus '17, Audi TT-S '17, Dodge Charger R/T '69, Subaru Impreza WRX '09, Ford Escort Corsworth and the Mustang '18. Coincidentally these are the starter cars (+ a reward car) of the game. This has been bothering me a lot because even though you chose a car theme for a race (say German Performance, Reasonably Priced or Anything Goes, especially Anything Goes) the game will fill the AI spots with these cars. This kind of stuff creates 2 problems: Boredom when racing AIs and Class Points being Lied.
Racing AI becomes boring because everytime you’re probably going to face some of these cars which counters the diversity of the car list the game has.
Now for the AI lying about its class points, it comes about what’s its real most optimum tune and where you are racing. Just now i tried doing a rally race where a TT-S led most of the race. Its most optimal tune for rally gives it 921 class points, whereas the AI was running 940 (which could only be achieved by tuning it with race tyres and front aero, which it didnt have) and it also handled perfectly on dirt giving its CP. Same thing goes for X class races where some mustang without aero was keeping up with my Agera on corners.
Im addressing this because many people are getting annoyed by this (especially the rubberbanding) so, please turn10 fix this.
