After last update game wont start - just force close

Hi, after latest update my game just wont start.
In event viewer I have this:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_1.197.899.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!SunriseReleaseFinal as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
“0”
Happened while starting this command:

Is there any fix ? An no, redoiwnload whole 65GB isnt fix for me, not everybody have unlimited super fast internet to afford downloading 65GB everyday because update screwed game and MS Store wont support simple things like verify files and backup.
