just jumped on my Horizon 4 and I’ve had everything reset. 4d game time. 400+ cars all gone. level prestige 51 and now 0. Are you joking. All that time gone!!! Not sync option no nothing. Just log in and gone.

Did you try exiting out of the game, making sure you were properly signed in, then loading back up?
I had one instance a couple days into playing where it came up with the “New game” title screen. Exited out, checked some things, came back in and it was fine.
Yeah tried restarting several times. Logged in and out of the Xbox app on PC. Not sync option just a new game start. Weird though because it remembers the name I set for my self the first time.
