I also was not getting it with on D car, but changed to another and it unlocked.

If you have five more minutes, you can try something out which just came to my mind: Can you change your Forza Horizon 5 into the Language “English US” and with that try again if the Radio Accolade(s) are working?
Just a hunch…

do you see a timer counting down? I just see “listen to radio eterna for 5 minutes” and nothing happens

just tried it in skill mode, went in listening to Eterna and nothing so I can free myself from the inferior version of my language
just in free mode right now but I think I’m already past 5 minutes
I’ll try another one of the radio doo-das and see what I see

The first time I tried the Stadium Circuit Speed skills and 75mph one I was in a Lambo Sesto FE, assuming it would be perfect. However I could only trigger the speed skill at the end of the straight so I tried a D class car thinking the Speed skill would come at a lower speed, but it didn’t. Not wanting to do 25 laps I just drove back & forth along the straight using the wide corners to build up entry speed in an Ultima. Going round the outer loop (as suggested by someone here) would be quicker & easier; wish I’d thought of it.
The 75mph countdown never triggered so I tried a Mini FE electric at A800 which worked. I completed by keeping it below 80 through the last two corners and the main straight. Going too fast means running out of space.
For the Retro Wave Speed skills I used the Transit FE at X999. Because Ultimate Speed only counts as one, I kept the speed between 120 to 130mph. This netted 5 or 6 Speeds per run, depending on how well I managed the turnaround. Driving faster only netted 3 Ultimate Speeds, so I think something with good acceleration & handling is required but you’re better off driving just fast enough to trigger the lowest Speed skill.
I’ve tried the Dios des Muertos in both Skill and Free mode. Despite hearing the entire output of Radio Eterna, nada. I usually have Eterna on to trigger skill songs but with volume set to zero. I changed this after my first attempt, then tried being stationary for 5 minutes, driving around slowly, fast, sensibly, like a nutter. Nothing worked. Used a D class Ford Crown Vic which netted the speed & photo accolades though. The other radio station accolades worked first time without trying any tricks.

stil nothing on Día de Muertos and Eterna after additional attempts, just making sure I’ve listened to all of “Danse Macabre” at the decorations in the middle of Mulegé, only things I’m missing with this one is one of the two Día de Muertos outfits and being in a Nissan

As I already described somewhere, in Free Mode I just parked and waited - controller completely untounched. I had no Accolade pinned so of course there was no timer running down. But after five minutes give or take the Accolade popped (if applicable together with the Achievement) on screen and that was it.
I never sensed that these Accolades were problematic.
yes, one of those things that has plagued Horizon, tasks that just do not get completed for some people where others have no problem at all
I experienced two such situations, others many more
one was a treasure hunt where the chest never appeared for a lot of people; after a few months it was automatically done for everyone
the other was never getting the emote for owning the Austin-Healey car, with that one the response was “we’re not going to fix this for people who didn’t get the emote” but I did get it due to another very favourable bug a few months later
there was also a car I never received for completing the series-zero or series one tasks, again, “we’re not fixing this for individuals”
so here it could go either way

Luckily I am having everything besides the Link phrase “STONKS” which was not working in week 0 as manufacturer bonus for Infiniti. They fixed the underlying problem soon after but the link phrase has never been awarded to the accounts which suffered from the issue in the first place.
As of now - which of the Realms Accolades / Achievements you are missing?
oh, you had a week 0 problem too!
I did eventually get the emote because there was a bug where all car manufacturer rewards could be redeemed again, which I did and got that emote
I’ve done about half the new accolades and only the Eterna one has not unlocked so far

I had the 3 accolades not working trying different cars however I unlocked them today doing this.
*Always pinned the accolade.
D is for… : as it sounds I used a stock AE86.
Time-Wyrm: used the link&co 03+. (might work with just chinese cars in general).
3 2 1 Go: since is at the track stadium I tried with a track toy (992 GT3). It worked.
Thanks for the suggestions from here and I hope I’ll be helpful as well. I was getting crazy too nt unlocking these…

I can’t get Etern-ally Yours to unlock either. Been parked at the decorations in the middle and other places with decorations for waaaaay longer than 5 minutes and nothing happens. This was on the Xbox, about to try it on PC and see if that works.
EDIT: Tried on both Xbox and PC, parked by every decoration and it doesn’t unlock for me. This is the only Accolade I haven’t done.
