ABS Bug (fixed previously) returns after Hotfix 20.1

Bug Info:

The bug that was documented and flagged ‘FIXED’ in ticket 1654413, linked below, appears to have re-emerged following Hotfix 20.1.

Replay - Wheels appear to lock up in replays when using ABS (1654413)

In my experience, and I’m sorry I don’t have more time to gather data, but it seems to be occurring in the Open Series R Class races, starting in the second race. I haven’t gotten to the third because I started over thinking I had somehow found a bad combination of tuning and track, but it happened again with the next attempt in a totally different car (first was an old Skyline tuned to rip and the next was a modern Cobra tuned for smooth transitions in tight cornerings).

I know people will want to give me gameplay tips at this point because I read the other posts when this issue emerged previously. I don’t have the time or inclination to defend myself in every detail but I’ve been playing Forza games for years, play this game consistently since release, and these are both cars I have at Level 50 with my own custom upgrades and tuning, which is something I’ve been doing in Forza games with some success in its reception for many years.

I know how these cars feel, but the slightest input of brakes nullifies all steering input once this bug kicks in. It follows even if I give up on the race and just granny-drive around the track.

So basically the game is turning all my favorite cars into granny-killing machines.

TBH, I don’t even think it’s an ABS thing, but that’s the term it’s been resolved under previously. It really feels to me like there is a meter/measure bound to inputs somewhere that is crossing wires and causing steering to read as null when the input value for brake exceeds zero. Maybe a left-for-right substitution is occurring?

But I’m sorry, I really don’t have the time to do the bug fixing for you, at least if my only payment is getting to enjoy the game I basically pay monthly for. If you really need it hit me up for data.

Content Update–Was this happening prior to the most recent content update or did it start after the update?: No, it only started following the latest hotfix update, and only in one specific series of which I’m aware (I haven’t played all content, but am up-to-date on the ‘Spirit of FM’ events and most Rivals events).
