Hello Forza Team,
I’m an avid Forza fan. I have a feature request for Forza Horizon 6; which also applies to FH5 (but it is sadly out of support for adding new features).
I REALLY hope this feature gets some consideration.
I would like the ability to turn off the lens flare reflection effects on cars during racing. It happens usually before jumps and at certain times and certain angles and can’t seem to be turned off anywhere. It wasn’t there in FH4 or FH3 or any previous games. It was first introduced in Forza Horizon 5 and also exists in Forza Horizon 6. Reference.
But when the effect occurs is very jarring, and distracting from the overall aesthetic during game play. It is off-putting and garish (to use more vocabulary), I could probably add ugly as well. It seems to be there in both Quality and Performance modes as well. I would like to request a feature that lets you turn off this lens flare effect in either Accessibility settings or Graphics settings wherever appropriate.
Adding this feature would have no negative effect on any other gameplay elements, only leads to improved visual consistency. I would request you to add this feature to FH 6 and it would be an optional not-default setting.
