Abarth Punto S2000

Hey!

I finnaly finished my Abarth grande punto S2000 replica design on the evo supersport. First of all, it’s my very first livery in a Forza so even if it looks simple, it took me hours…
Before i share it, i wanted to ask you what you think about it, i didn’t put any sponsor stickers on it, because i’m not sure i would be capable of doing it, or at least it would take so much more time. As well, the original model is the Grande Punto which was the previous model, the evo supersport is similar but there aren’t any rally model of it i think.
Anyway let me know if there’s something i should change on it before i share it.
Sorry for my bad English, i’m french.

Ok so i have discovered CRUSE2382 did the original design i decided to modify mine with the same base but with some xbox added. Let me know what you think.

Looks good for a first design!! You have a talent for this it seems =)

Just a few things I would tweak -

  1. The Abarth letters should be fuller and closer together. Your letters look too skinny.

  2. It’s a little hard to tell, but it looks like the red Abarth stripe on the door is slightly crooked. The front by the mirror seems higher than the back. It kind of looks that way in the original model too, but I think that is just because of the angle of the picture.

  3. On the other red stripe on the door, it looks like you might be missing one paint smear at the bottom. The original has 3 lines across and yours has two.

  4. The mirrors are the wrong color :wink:

But honestly, these are minor issues. If I hadn’t seen the original, I probably wouldn’t have said anything. It looks really good and the fact that its a first time makes it even better. Keep up the good work!

I see what you meen for the stripe but it’s perfectly parallel to the bottom stripe with the Abarth logo. But The white paint smears needed to be parallel to the window which is not parallel to the to the bottom stripe… So i didn’t how to make everything parallel with each otther :-/
And for the mirrors, i can’t paint them, it doesn’t work…

Just for clarification on the stripe - I was saying that the bottom red stripe with Abarth on it wasn’t straight. If you look at the picture below (excuse my bad paint skills), you can see what I mean. The red stripe above the red Abarth logo is fine - it is perfectly parallel with the stripe below as you said.


The paint smears are also okay, they don’t need to be parallel with everything. What I was trying to say is the original car has 3 paint smears at the bottom of the stripe and yours only had two (again look at my picture).

And for the mirrors - normally you can paint those if you go to the Paint Car area and just choose the mirrors. Although I don’t know if it keeps this color when you start adding designs on it.
