A nice experience

I was doing some multiplayer racing a couple of days ago. I was in a race at Long Beach. There was only 3 racers and one dropped out immediately. The other racer and I had a good race. I think we bumped once. I was in the lead on the last lap and screwed up the third to last turn and I was passed. I was close to the other racer coming out of the last turn. He then slowed down and let me pass. I finally got a gold medal at Long Beach in multiplayer. I thanked him for letting me do that. He has a level of 1600 and something and he didn’t need the victory. He was happy to have had a good race.

The message I got from this was: If you don’t need the victory and someone has provided you a good race, let him have the victory. He may need it for an achievement.

Good sportsmanship. Hearing encounters like these leaves hope for online racing.

Always enjoying hearing people who have good experiences. We way to much negative on here.

I like hearing these stories. It does give us hope that maybe online is getting better .

Yep much better than what I saw with nurburgring endurance race. Me and a couple of others laid back to skip the first corner melee, I thought. But one of the guys was just setting them all up like bowling pins. When the pack slow he gassed it into the middle. Nothing but child laughter after that.

You didn’t earn the victory and shouldn’t have taken it. You should have stopped behind his car. If he goes in reverse, you should too. Reverse racing is fun and the guy who finishes last wins!. In Forza you must earn charity!

Yes racing like that i like, ive had quite a few like that in Horizon where its been close, and even got a message saying “Nice run” etc, brightens the day up a little

Nice racing sportsmanship good to see he raced fair.
