[88bg] MFBigfoot79 race livery gallery (New cars added 1/30/2015)

Alrighty, I know I’m late to the game but I just started painting a few months back. I’ve had some help from D Shiznit 007 for about a month now. I feel confident in my work. Any and all criticism is welcome. Not all that you see here is not up on my SF, if there is something you would like, just ask in here or on Xbox Live, GT is the same as forum name. As others have posted, if you want a car but with your name and a different number, let me know, I happy to do that. Also I will be adding new cars and WIPs occasionally, so check back often.

So for your viewing pleasure, here we go.

Up first is my very first attempt at painting. The Corvette Racing C6.R

Very nice and clean paints m8. Keep them coming.

Glad to see you decided to show your work off and start a forum gallery. I have no doubt that you’ll take the advice and help I offered you along with the help and advice of others to great new heights as your painting career gets started. You have put together some excellent paints thus far and I can’t wait to see what you come up with next.

Thank you for everything you have given me. It is nice to be part of community that’s is so willing to help anyone who asks for it. I will take any and all advise anyone is willing to give me.

Onelapmagic mentioned that he might start a truck series race with the DLK NASCAR night. So I went ahead and got the truck ready. I’m just waiting to put onelap’s tune on it, and I’ll be ready.

I know the energy drink cars are palyed, but they sponsor major teams in all of auto racing. So that’s why I do them.

Nice work on the paints. I really like the Corvettes and the Ford GT.

Thank you, I have them available on my SF. I’m doing limited run on all my liveries to see how well they are recieved by the communinity.

Here is Cadillac CTS-V.

Alright I’ve been busy the last wees. I’ve got some new liveries done. Some are originals and some are based off of actual cars.

First up is a Mountain Dew Buick, based off of Darrell Waltrip’s car. I did this for Deadlights Grand National Night.

Dude…you are churning and burning my friend. I thought I put out a ton of paints when I first got started trying to get 1 done a week but you are blowing that right out of the water. Good job all around and I really like the NASCAR designs.

Thank you. I have a lot of free time in the mornings before work.

Wow! Very nice work!!

Thank you Elm, that means a lot coming from you.

Dang, Bigfoot, S h I z is right!! You have been busy!! Very cool stuff posted here - great job on your thread  Really liking all the variety here  Glad to know I’m not the only DW fan around here  Please keep posting. Just kinda ventured over here to race paints and very pleased to find your thread:) Now maybe we can get you to create a few custom muscle  Great stuff, keep em comin

Yes I have. I’m trying to hit on most of the racing series. My next task is to do a LMP car. I’ve noticed with those, there are a lot of paint glitches. I wasn’t much of a DW fan until later in his career, after the wreck he had at Daytona in the PEPSI Challenger car. It seems as if he calmed down a lot after that. I really started routing for him once he left Hendrich and started his own team. But first and foremost I’m a Dale Sr. fan, moved to Kevin Harvick once he was killed.

I’m thinking of doing some old school Trans-Am paints, maybe I’ll slip in some muscle cars too. Maybe some old school drag car are in my future.

Very eager to see what’s next  I started to rout for Harvick as well, after DW retired. Back in my single days  used to travel to Martinsville twice a year. Love the “smalltime” short track feel there.
Keep posting new stuff, you’re definately going to be getting more fans if your work:)

I was reluctant to put my liveries up in the forums, but D S H I Z N I T talked me into it. I had sent him a couple of pics, and said to post them so I could get feedback from others. I/m glad I did it now. It’s nice getting comments from you, D S H I Z, Elm, Gothic, and others. It’s nice seeing you all like what I’ve done. D had helped me in so many ways. I’ve told him, it’s so nice having a communitity, the guys on the forums, that will help out when needed, take the time to give advise, thing like that.

That being said, I’m going to continue painting, just got my Bigfoot Designs logo done today, it’s a little funny since it had a bigfoot in it. I’ve also done a few paints for guys in my club, and had some help from others as well. I may stay on the old school NASCAR theme as we have the ford fairlane, chevy impala, and the mopars of the '60’s. It would be cool to have a “old school” NASCAR night with those cars.

So to all that read this, Thanks for looking, leave comments on what you like or dislike. And keep it between the lines.
