5,000,000 CR Loyalty Reward Not Earned

Hi

I am having a problem with Forza Motorsport 6. I got the 300 cars needed for the 5,000,000 CR loyalty bonus in Forza Horizon 2, however when I start Forza Motorsport 6, it only gives me 1,000,000 CR. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game countless times but I still only get 1,000,000 CR. Can anyone please help me?

when you look at the rewards page does it say you have 300 cars in Forza Horizon 2

how recently did you get the 300…it takes a few weeks to update for some reason

Had the same problem. I have 300+ cars in Forza 3, 4 and 5 and only recieved 12m. All games had 300+ before Forza 6 launched.

The only conclusion I could come to is that duplicate cars were not counted and knocked down my garage count. If thats true, its unfortunate since I had duplicate cars to run different tunes. It may be a duplicate car but I still had to spend the credits on them.

It has not been a big issue for me though. All the Forza games have been generous with payouts and gaining credits is pretty easy. 1 month in and I already have +40 million.

Unless I absolutely have to buy a car for a particular career series, I just stick to the free cars. By doing this, I have enough credits on hand to by the cars I want to use online. So unless you’re buying all the 2 million dallar classic cars, you should have enough credits to afford almost any car. Additionally, most cars in the career mode are competive with the correct build and tune.

I will say that it would have been nice if T10 would have let me carry over even half of the credits I earned in Forza 5. At the launch of Forza 6, I had earned aproximity 425 Million credits.

Duplicates did count - it was impossible to have 300 cars in FH1 without duplicates.
What happened was the rewards system just all jammed up and wasn’t updating for most people, and when the fix was applied it took quite some time and for some games needed you to play them to trigger the update data being sent to the rewards system. Plenty of info on it in the Forza Rewards FAQ.
