i noticed this last night and i thought well its late i’ll look into it in the morning.
well this morning, same thing. i can build up to any multiplier and when i slow down the points just fades away.
it doesn’t appear to be adding any of the points because the circle thingy never appears or advances.
i cleared the system cache and deleted the title update, reboot the console and still have no multiplier or points…
anyone have the same issue or know how to fix this???

yesterday i spent a long time at the airport racking up huge points, did i exceed some limiter???
My guess is once you rack up the points necessary to purchase all the perks, it stops counting them… that’s my experience anyway…
On the One, once you have maxed out your perks, you no longer fill the wheel and banked skill points translate into a set amount of xp that goes towards driver level. Perhaps it is the same for the 360 version.
so after only 6 days there is really no need for “perks”!!! REALLY!!!
what was the point of those perks that are useless just moments after unlocking them???
seems like the developers may have ran out of time working on this game and said “well thats it, wrap it up”.

If you see no need or usefulness to the perks, you’re welcome to ignore them I suppose.
I make use of many of them every time I play, particularly the perks that help with chain building. The more skill points I can bank, the more xp I contribute to increasing my driver level.
Was there something else you were hoping they’d help you do?
i have all the perks active and i’m enjoying the CR and XP boost from the racing events especially with the sponsorship boost.
so your saying, when i’m roaming around building up 6.0 skill chain. it still is counting towards my driver level?
In the One version, yes. Once you have maxed out your perks, the skill chain points you bank convert to a set amount of xp that counts towards your driver level. I’m not sure what the exact parity rate is but 25k or so skill chain points banked converts to approximately 1,000 - 1,500 xp that then goes to driver level. Once those skill points are banked, the amount of resulting xp appears in the bottom left of the screen for a second.
Again, this is the One version I’m talking about so it might be different in the 360 version.

I do not have the 360 version and my 360 is packed away for safekeeping.
Give it a try yourself, bank up a decent amount and see if there is any indication on your screen about xp.
wow, i’m really surprised by your answer. i thought as a mod and a tier 7 person you have have been able to give a better answer…
however, yes i was already in the process of doing what you suggested
i looked at my CR 1,968,054 and my XP 1,320,009 and went out and put up a 5070 @ 6.0 and neither the CR or XP increased.
CR is increasing when passing the speed camera’s which is OK.
My highest skill chain is 71,668 and now i have no way of increasing this stat or for that much most other stats that are based on skill chaining.
This site definitely needs a support forum that can help and give better support…
