There are two classes. You can do the full 24 on your own or have a maximum of 4 drivers. (Stint 8) 12:10 PM - 3:10 PM

Like mentioned earlier, there are two classes. No tuning is needed; all cars will be forced stock tuning and upgrades.
Prototype Class: Audi R18

No other cars allowed in the race. Only the Audi in Prototype, and only the Viper in GT.

Cool idea!

Probably going to be a pain to organize, but cool idea.

I won’t be able to join. That’s a bit much for me to take on. But so are they to run both classes. Or do you run a single class. We can bearly get a single lobby to start on time so getting a driver change in 10 minutes is probably going to be rough. Just putting that out there, I’m not trying to be negative as I really do think this is a cool idea.

Thanks for the warning and trust me the gray hair is starting to show on me. But drivers will be instructed to be on time and ready to go. Most other 24 Hour events only give drivers around 5 mins to change. So I wanted to give a couple of more mins just in case a driver is running late or something along those lines.

This has piqued my interest. I was looking to start up an actual series/league some time ago with a similar format. Not nearly as long but involving driver changes between “heats”.
If teams have the “manpower”, is running multiple classes allowed? Example a team of four drivers runs Driver A in P1 and Driver B in GT during the first stint. Stint 2 goes to Driver’s C and D. For Stint 3 would Driver A be able to go into GT class and Driver B go into P1 class? There’s a lot of work and coordination required for it but just throwing it out there.
Also any reason as to the Viper being the only GT car? I’ve put significantly less time into FM5 than I did in FM4, so I’m not sure of the differences between the few GT cars there are.
If I run it’d most likely be in an R18.

Will there be a Le Mans multiplayer event this weekend? Like they had for the Indy 500 and catalunya F1.
Or if anyones doing a Le Mans only lobby pls give me a message would love to do some endurance racing.

It seems as though Turn 10 (no offense T10) crapped all over the multiplayer system in FM5. I couldn’t find a way to search for custom games or to make a custom public lobby. FM4 does have the Le Mans event lobbies open however. I’m thinking of doing something tomorrow evening but am undecided as to whether or not it’ll be in FM4 or FM5 yet. Leaning more towards 4.

Theres a Le Mans multiplayer event now on the hopper! 2:40 hours. with full damage, tyre wear, fuel.
P and R multi-class. race cars only. Think you need to complete the race in R class to unlock P. every lobby for me is R.
Probably only on for the weekend, hope it stays available for longer while I watch it live
