Not a prob if you haven’t seen or played anything Tomb Raider, just jump in a car drive!
Hope you get the pic posting figured out. Also, you have to leave the picture up in game if you don’t use a 3rd party hosting site like Flickr.
I had a financial backer for a while, but I believe that have moved on from Forza. But, with all they that gave me and with people not picking up (or not needing) their credits I still have plenty to give.
As it states in the rules and regs Orange, EVERYBODY that takes the time and posts a time will get 1 million credits, and if you beat me you will get another 1 million. You can also get extra credits by posting photos, check it out in the Opening Post.
No worries Orange, this is mainly a just for fun challenge series to hopefully help people out that want discuss driving, building, tuning, etc. Just have fun, everyone gets paid here!
I got your time on the Board. Also if you would please, note the vehicle you used.
And don’t worry about editing your time post, just post a new one each time update. It makes it easier to find them when updating.
DZ
What’s up DZ, glad to see pop in again!! By all means, load up a ride and see if you channel Lara!
Also thanks for finding the pic posting guide for Orange.
Wan
Awesome Wan, thanks for joining again.
Yeah, I’m proud of that time. I got a 17 in practice, but had a hard time getting there for the real run. I kept at it and got lucky with a high 16.
The LR has more accel, but less top end…so the stats say anyway, but I think it may be able to keep up if someone were to really give it a chance. I ran a 19 in my run for it, but since I’m American I had to go with the Jeep for my LB time.
Just getting a little faster every time, because that is the first time I have ever driven that course.
And sorry for not understanding all the rules. It is my first time doing one of these, plus my friends were wondering (hopefully they will come and try the challenge.
I will try and set up a Flicker account later, but for now I’ll just use the URL.
The vehicle I’m using is the 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.
Plus, thanks to everyone who has downloaded my design, which is currently up to three stars in two days!!!

(P.S. I used your exact build for the 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon., but it kept comming up as C599. So I don’t know what to do.)
Great to see you running another one CFunk - hopefully now that career is finished in FM7 I’ll have a bit more time to dip back into Horizon. I have to admit it makes a nice change everytime Forzathon comes around, it’s a great game!
I’ll give both cars a go later this week but looks like you’ve set a tough time once again… bring it on!
This used to be a regular ‘feature’ of these but I’m sure Wan would have called him out on it already if the build was wrong - I’ll see what happens when I put them together later…
As long as the build is the same (the power, torque and weight match) you can change the tune all you want, tweak it to your heart’s content. I just add what I used to help out if people don’t know how, or are new to tuning.
Sorry, I didn’t realize what you meant. You can zero out, if you will, the springs like you can with the ARBs. What I mean is slide the bar all the way to the left or right to get the same tenth that I got. But, I’m sure it really doesn’t matter all that much.
You can get there CC, I put some tips in the reply to Smoke above.
Wow, that’s some time you’ve set us CFunk! Had a few goes in the LR and just squeezed ahead of Wan with 2:25.379… where in earth is another 8.5 seconds going to come from?!
I uploaded my run in my Activity Feed if you want to check it out, it’s in the Jeep, but I think it should transfer. I was in the mid 19s with it, but I made couple of mistakes that I think could get it down and more comparable to the Jeep.
Thanks for finding that Smoke.
Yeah, the stats say there is more top end with the Jeep, but I don’t know if there really is or not. The main thing with this course, as with most of the courses I choose, is momentum, I’m a fan of keeping speed and that is the big key here. You have to dodge some trees, not slow down too much on the odd jumps and most importantly miss as much water as you can!
In the long water section, you can hug the left beach, go between a tree and a rock, then cross the water to the right beach and stay on it until the next jump/turn. It’s a pain, but fun when the run comes together.
