The Third Generation of the Bongo Platform.

The Vehicle was also called the Ford Spectron (Minivan) and J80 (Truck) in Asia; the Mazda E-Series (Truck), Mazda Traveller (Minivan), Ford Econovan (Utility) and Ford Spectron (Minivan) in Australia; the Kia Wide Bongo in South Korea and the Ford Spectron in South Africa.

After 1994 it was also licensed and rebadged by Nissan to be sold as the Vanette in some markets.





The Minivan Platform was also used as the Basis of a light utility Truck which was also called the Bongo.
